Activities: Augusta Capital was first listed in December 2006 under the name Kermadec Property Fund. It was originally a diversified property fund, focused on the Auckland office and carparking market. Kermadec was established and managed by Mark and Chris Francis through their management company "Augusta Funds Management", which is also the largest shareholder of Kermadec. In 2012 Kermadec purchased Augusta Funds Management from the Francis brothers and internalised the management function of Kermadec. Following this transaction Kermadec changed its name to Augusta Capital Limited.
